We are launching the Polish Development Fund Financial Shield 2.0; it is PLN 35 billion to support micro, small and medium-sized, and large companies - the Chancellery of the Prime Minister announced on Thursday. The funds will go to almost 40 industries affected by the crisis - it added.

“The Financial Shield of the Polish Development Fund, as well as the Anti-Crisis Shield, are real support for Polish entrepreneurs. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 epidemic, Polish companies have already received over PLN 154 billion - of which over PLN 60 billion under the PFR 1.0 Financial Shield. We have saved 6 million jobs,” the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM) announced in a press release on Thursday.

“We are not giving up on providing this assistance. We are launching the PFR Financial Shield 2.0. The next stage is 35 billion PLN to support micro, small and medium-sized, and large companies. The funds will go to almost 40 industries affected by the crisis,” it was emphasized.
