VALUE and VIP packages

In the VALUE Package, the Investor Platform helps entrepreneurs prepare a valuation of their company or a specific asset. The package includes preparatory and analytical work aimed at developing a valuation of the company or asset.

In the VIP Package, the Investor Platform helps entrepreneurs prepare for the process of selling or finding an investor. The package includes preparatory and analytical work to develop an information memorandum with a presentation for investors. It also includes the preparation of a non-disclosure agreement and the SECUDO Virtual Data Room platform, which allows you to securely transfer information and documents to potential investors.

The VALUE PACKAGE and VIP PACKAGE do not include transaction support, in which the investor platform acts as an advisor to find capital for growth or a buyer for the company. Transaction support is agreed individually with each customer and is based on a success fee.
