MHI Vestas V164 - this is the name of the largest wind turbine in the world. It is 195 meters high, taller than the Statue of Liberty and almost as tall as the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw. The turbine has a capacity of over 8 MW.
During a 24-hour test, its prototype produced 192,000 kWh, which, according to the manufacturer, is enough energy to power 13,500 Danish homes.
