The National Bank of Poland has issued coins to celebrate 100 years of the Polish złoty. Collectors outraged by prices

On Wednesday, February 27th, the National Bank of Poland put collector coin sets into circulation to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Polish złoty. The prices are causing outrage among numismatists, as reported by the Rzeczpospolita newspaper.

The “100 years of the zloty” sets were issued by the National Bank of Poland on the eve of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the name “zloty” for the Polish monetary unit (the Act on the name of the Polish coin was adopted on February 28, 1919).
