Tax solutions in the anti-crisis shield. Check what will change [IMPORTANT DATES]

A special law has been in force since March 31, 2020, which also introduces many changes for taxpayers. It was published in the Journal of Laws under item 568.

The government does not rule out another package to help entrepreneurs and employees.

Let's take a look at the ones that have been in force since Tuesday.

Basically, they concern all basic tax laws, i.e. PIT, CIT, the Tax Ordinance and VAT.

Advance payments until June 1st

Until June 1st, 2020, payers can pay advance PIT payments collected in March and April on income from:

• from a professional relationship, employment relationship, outwork or cooperative employment relationship, and from cash benefits from insurance,
• from contracts of mandate and specific-task contracts, and
• from copyright and related rights.

This applies to payers who have suffered negative economic consequences due to COVID-19.
