The winners of the next edition of the Startupper 2018 program organized by Total Polska have been announced. GrupaWsparcia.pl, The Compass, myHYDRO – these are the three best Polish projects that have the chance to change reality and work for the benefit of local communities. The national winners will have the opportunity to present their projects to an international jury, which will ultimately select six winners from all 55 countries.
“Imagine a bankrupt person who was deeply addicted three years ago. Four days ago, his son was born, and today this person is receiving the Startupper of the Year award,” said Jakub Juszczyk, leader of the GrupaWsparcia.pl project, which won first prize (50,000 PLN). The winner emphasized that his recovery was not due to his inner strength, but to the help of other people in the support group. Today, he wants to help other people himself.
