A new problem for Polish cities: abandoned scooters. The blind appeal to landlords

In every city where a scooter rental service appears, the same problem arises - some of the people who use it carelessly abandon the vehicles - in the middle of the sidewalk or in other absurd places.

Since 2018, when electric scooters could be rented in three Polish cities, abandoned vehicles have become a new feature of the urban landscape. The Polish Association of the Blind (Polski Związek Niewidomych, PZN), a local government organization working for the blind and visually impaired, has drawn attention to this problem.
