Half a thousand parcel lockers will disappear from the Wielkopolska region? The reason is... lack of building permits

The Regional Administrative Court in Łódź has ruled that the popular parcel lockers are temporary structures and therefore require a building permit. Does this mean that thousands of InPost parcel lockers will disappear from Polish cities? There are 520 such devices in Greater Poland alone.

The Prawo.pl portal was the first to write about the parcel locker case. It described a situation that took place in Łódź, where one of the inquisitive residents asked the district building inspector to check the legality of the parcel locker construction. The official decided to suspend the construction work. At the same time, he demanded a certificate of compliance with the local zoning plan.
