High demand, low inflation, strong wage growth and a long-awaited rebound in investment – such a combination of positive factors does not happen often.

Many experts predicted that the economic situation would be favorable this year. However, no one predicted that the year would end on such a high note. When we asked the best analytical teams in Poland 12 months ago to outline a scenario for the economy in 2018, the median forecast indicated that GDP would increase by around 4%. Today we already know that it will be closer to 5%, which is a surprise even for the biggest optimists.
