Attractive investment land in Poland is increasingly scarce. Investors are looking for alternatives.

In Poland, there is an increasing lack of investment land in the best locations - all the more so as the demand for real estate in such locations, both commercial and residential, is constantly growing. Therefore, investors are increasingly focusing on multifunctional projects, e.g. buildings combining office and hotel functions, and buying already developed land in order to demolish or revitalize existing investments.

According to a report by JLL on the Polish investment land market, investors were very optimistic about transactions in our country in 2018 and were eager to start new projects. However, they were hindered by the increasingly problematic issue of the availability of land in attractive locations. Daniel Puchalski, Head of Investment Markets at JLL, comments:
