The funds differ in the stages of development of the companies they engage in, from the VC level to PE/buyout. Background: MCI Capital was founded by Tomasz Czechowicz. The company has been investing and supporting entrepreneurs in value creation since 1999. Investment decisions are made by the fund's board of directors, which includes Tomasz Czechowicz, Ewa Ogryczak, Sylwester Janik, Krzysztof Konopiński, Tomasz Danis and Maciej Kowalski. The entire investment team consists of more than 10 people. What stage the project must be in: Investments from the VC model concern companies that no longer have technology risk (the product already exists), and when there is a model for monetizing the venture (the company has revenue).
