EMSA Capital is a private equity firm investing in turnarounds and special situations in Central and Eastern Europe. Our portfolio investments include both performing and more challenged companies. In addition to financial capital for liquidity and recapitalization, we provide our investment companies with operational improvements and efficiency solutions. We actively participate in our investments and work with management to improve operations by unlocking and creating value. EMSA Capital has been active in Central and Eastern Europe since 1992 and is a pioneer in returns and performance improvement in the region. Our team has over 75 years of combined investment and interim management experience, 50 of which are in Central and Eastern Europe. We are currently managing our third fund, the Central and Eastern Europe Special Situations Fund, with capital of over 93 million euros.
